Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with specialized training in AI/ML/Data Science to kickstart their careers by working on challenging and impactful Media Mix Optimization (MMO) projects.
- A candidate with up to one year of professional work experience will be preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Specialized training or certification in AI/ML/Data Science is highly desirable.
- 1+ years of professional work experience in a related field is a plus but not must
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Responsibility:
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of data from various sources.
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to optimize media spend and improve marketing ROI.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and trends.
- Media Mix Optimization:Work on MMO projects, analyzing various media channels to determine their effectiveness.
- Support the development of optimization strategies using data-driven insights.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and marketing professionals.
- Assist senior data scientists and project managers in executing project plans and meeting deliverables.
- Reporting and Communication:Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results for future reference.
