Job Description:
- Clean organize and structure complex and scattered CRM data to ensure data integrity and consistency Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends patterns and correlations within the CRM data
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and support datadriven decisionmaking processes
- Perform adhoc analysis and data mining to address specific business questions or challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and CRM systems to continuously improve data analysis processes and techniques
- Present findings recommendations and insights to key stakeholders in a clear concise and compelling manner
- Participate in the development and implementation of data quality standards and data governance policies to ensure data accuracy consistency and security
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or related field
- 12 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role preferably in CRM or related domains
- Proficiency in SQL Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables VLOOKUP and data visualization techniques
- Experience working with CRM systems and data visualization tools eg Salesforce Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders
