Job Description:
- Join our Customer Technical Success (CTS) Organization as a Data Analyst, using statistical methods, algorithms, and analysis techniques to provide insights for optimizing business processes and customer experiences.
- You will collaborate with partners, turning your analysis into actionable strategies.
- As part of the CTS Data Analytics team, reporting to the teams senior manager youll work with us in a diverse group of BI Developers, analysts, and data scientists.
- You will support the Content Strategy Experience team, ensuring high-quality product expertise delivered to customers via impactful content.
- You will work in a hybrid environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of relevant work experience
- You will have experience with BI / Data Visualization tools (E.g. Power Bi, Salesforce)
- You will have experience with Python and SQL queries, handling large datasets.
- You will have experience supporting Marketing, Support, Customer Success,
- You have expertise in data analysis, with the ability to draw insights from multiple datasets.
- You have an interest in understanding Customer Success and Content Strategy.
- You have experience storytelling through data and reporting tools.
- You can interpret data for a non-technical audience
- If you have knowledge of Content Experiences organizations that would be beneficial
Responsibility:
- You will provide in-depth analysis to partners, identifying operational improvements.
- You will conduct research from problem definition to execution, flagging potential issues to senior management.
- You will assess business strategies impact and provide clear articulation of analysis for decision-making.
- You will implement qualitative and quantitative analyses, turning raw data into actionable recommendations.
- You are a data expert for the department you support – understanding dataset structure, data quality, and analysis use cases.
