Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Understanding of any programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python, or .NET
- Strong problem-solving decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Collaborative and a team player.
- Desire to work in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce
- Strong desire to learn the emerging technologies and RPA tools in the market such as Tableau and Power BI
- BCA final year students only
- Work from office only
- 5 days a week
Responsibility:
- Solving technical issues related to the RPA platform on the VM environment
- Troubleshooting the basic network, application, and access issues
- Informing customers about the ongoing issues with the Bot and update them about the steps taken to resolve the issues
- Determining the root cause of incidents (configuration vs. defect)
- Liaisoning with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents
- Scheduling and monitoring bots in production and performing data entry
- Coordinating with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability of automated business processes and the resolution of any issues that affect the execution of bots
- Publishing a dashboard with bot execution results and provide weekly robot execution status reports regularly
- Coordinating with business SMEs for process exceptions or failures of bots
- Addressing all service requests in the given SLA and completing the restoration of service within specified SLA parameters with the business
- Providing 24 7 dedicated on-desk support with phone/ email support over weekends
- Handling all configuration changes/process level changes in the given SLA
- Taking care of the incident resolution with P1, P2 and P3 tickets being solved completely within defined SLAs
