Requirements:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related fields
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Work experience on financial governance and control preferred.
- Advanced skillset with SQL. Python is added advantage.
- TM1, Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tools experience is strongly preferred.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be data-driven, outcome-focused and fast learner.
- Ability to solve ad-hoc business problems independently and manage multiple priorities and projects while adhering to deadlines.
Responsibility:
- Prepare and support the quarterly credit reserve calculations and analysis, including assessing qualitative reserves and ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial data and results for credit reserve reporting.
- Develop and support key analytics on qualitative reserve assessment.
- Review and update credit reserve Non-model Tool (NMT) documentations.
- Prepare and support presentation materials for market Controllers, Risk CCOs and external auditors.
- Support compliance and control activities for credit reserving processes and identify opportunities for enhancement Support internal and external audit.
- Participate in or lead projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed for credit reserve.
- Partner with various cross-functional teams, including Controllership, Risk and Technology.
