Job Description:
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data analyst to join our team.
- This Data Analyst will be a critical member of the team as we build data models, reporting, and dashboards, and deliver deep insights aimed at accelerating the growth of the company on our way toward a successful IPO.
- This role will partner with people across the company (Product Engineering, AI Research, Content, Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to tackle key strategic, operational, and technical initiatives while building systems that will help us scale.
Requirements:
- Fresher or 1+ years of experience writing SQL query
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Must have SQL knowledge and experience working with databases
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Passionate about data with a business focus is a plus.
- Growth Mindset practitioner – ability and passion to be challenged, fail fast, learn, and grow.
- Demonstrate proficiency at telling a story with data.
- Understanding of the industry preferred (consulting, sales, marketing, operations, finance, product, etc.)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies in the data analytics field.
