Job Description:
- AB’s Private Client Investment Strategy Group is seeking a Product Analyst who will contribute to content creation for PWM specific products and allocation advice that is delivered both internally and externally.
- This includes creating communications for client quarterly servicing decks, Core Allocation Platform (“CAP”) presentations, and FA and Associate Training materials.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in creating custom reports for wealth managers, working in a wealth management/asset management company or division, exposure to US asset management industry.
Requirements:
- Graduate, with degree in finance or related field. CFA/CFP (or progress toward) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of different asset classes and investment products.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Fact set and Morningstar will be an advantage.
- Experience in working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets and developing and maintaining data. Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
- Self-starter with creative approach to problem solving.
- Attention to details with strong time management and organization skills
Responsibility:
- Calculate portfolio performance and performance attribution.
- Prepare and effectively communicate portfolio performance.
- Partner with US-based Product Analysts to create and maintain core product marketing and client servicing materials on a quarterly basis. Potential to incorporate alternatives as well as core over time.
- Partner with internal marketing teams and offshore teams to ensure the timely updates of quarterly factsheets, commentaries, and individual product decks.
- Update and maintain the latest product content on Bernstein’s internal materials directory, OfficeMobile and Product Central.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Legal, PC National Group, Marketing, Performance, Business Development, etc., on strategic initiatives surrounding product launches and allocation changes.
- Assist with the preparation of customized reports, as needed.
