Job Description:

• As an Associate Data Scientist specializing in Natural Language Processing, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing NLP solutions to address complex business challenges.
• You will work closely with our experienced data science team to build, train, and deploy NLP models that will have a significant impact on our products and services.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing NLP models to solve complex business problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in other programming languages such as C++, Javascript, and Bash are appreciated.
• Hands-on experience using NLP algorithms and techniques such as text pre-processing, language modeling, information extraction, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, machine translation, and Information Retrieval.
• Experienced in using LLMs and advanced techniques like prompt engineering, RAG systems, vectorDB, etc
• Strong understanding of BERT and other transformer models.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous learning
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure successful project completion.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras
• Experience with data ingestion from databases like MySQL, MongoDB, etc., and data manipulation and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib, plotly.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and experience with deploying models to production environments using docker containers using version control tools like Git.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of Project Life Cycle and adherence to project documentation

Responsibility:

• Develop and implement NLP models to solve complex business problems using deep learning algorithms and neural networks
• Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into the data and develop data preprocessing pipelines for text data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Perform statistical analysis and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
• Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in NLP and related fields
