Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Accrete Globus Technologies, a leading IT product company specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our client’s’ business needs and our technical solutions.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and facilitate the successful implementation of ERP and CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 6months -3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP tools and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to perform GAP analysis and propose effective solutions.

- Certification in ERP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).

Responsibility:

- Document requirements in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Analysis and Documentation:Analyze gathered requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows to articulate system functionalities and workflows.
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
- Solution Design and Validation:
- Assist in designing and configuring ERP and CRM systems to meet business needs and objectives.
- Validate proposed solutions through prototyping, mock-ups, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with industry best practices and standards.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure project success.
- Provide regular updates and status reports on project progress, issues, and risks.
