Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Chartered Accountant Business Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in managing core banking applications by collaborating closely with various stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and support strategic initiatives in financial management and business analysis.
- Additionally, he will be playing a crucial role in department budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor management.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial management, business analysis, or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in financial management, providing insights and help in improving core banking applications.
- Monitor and maintain system health with respect to all accounting and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Finance team for system gap analysis and quick resolution.
- Develop and maintain departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial targets.
- Monitor expenses and analyse variances to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of contracts, performance evaluation, and compliance with service level agreements.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and to develop financial models.
- Guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support to senior management as needed.
