Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Scientist specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and a proven track record of deploying LLMs to solve real-world problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 1 to 4 years of experience in data science, with a focus on natural language processing and LLMs
- Proficiency in Python & PySpark
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers)
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, training techniques, and fine-tuning methods
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and Azure MLOps or other SDLC tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in a start-up, fast-growth, rapid-change environment
- Must be self-motivated, dedicated to quality and must always strive to “do the right thing”
Responsibility:
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning models, particularly focusing on LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Flan – T5, and similar architectures
- Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs and NLP
- Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Communicate findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Ensure the scalability and robustness of LLM solutions in production environments
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ML infrastructure and practices
