Job Description:
- We are looking for a Business Analyst who can gather, analyse business requirements, create documentation for website/products and manage projects for IT.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a business analytics role including: process definition, management and monitoring, release management, web experience, document creation and requirement definition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibility:
- Manage all IT projects on Wrike (Project Management Tool) or should have worked on any other project management tool, Create Business Case & Technical documentation.
- Documenting and translating customer business functions and processes.
- Create BRD to capture the requirements (Functional & non-functional requirements).
- Create flow charts to explain the process to the developers and other stakeholders.
- Exposure on Waterfall, Agile Methodologies, etc
- Communication Skills, Technical Skills, analytical Skills, Problem solving Skills, Decision Making skills, Managerial Skills.
